Everything was great, the parking was on-site, the room was immaculately clean. The room with a good shower. Central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel TV were available here too. Everyone who worked there was pretty friendly and amicable.

Decent experience there. Clean venue with great location in walking distance of downtown. Well-maintained quiet rooms with bathroom as well as a refrigerator, NICE staff. A great selection of goodies for breakfast.

Toast, cereal, and muffins were a stand out.

Wi-Fi was bad tbh and there was not so comfortable bed in my room.

Convenient location near shops and restaurants. Friendly staff, recommended Margarita restaurant nearby. Peaceful room with minimal noise. Ample free parking and greenery outside. Useful amenities like mini fridge and safe. Easy access to public transportation. Complimentary continental breakfast. Nearby convenience stores and fast food options.

The atmosphere created was family. This location was great, very close to the ghetto as well as shops, tourist attractions.

Cheapest place to stay in downtown with free parking.

Casa Bella Inn was a very pleasant surprise. I will admit that I was a little nervous to stay in downtown la, but Casa Bella Inn was nice and I felt safe. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The owner is always looking for improvements to be made and was very concerned about all of his customers. We had a king room and it was very spacious and comfortable for two young adults. It was also clean; no problems with the room. Casa Bella Inn is within walking distance of la Live and the Staples Center, ten minutes from Dodger Stadium, fifteen minutes from Hollywood, and twenty minutes from Venice Beach. We were also pleasantly surprised to find free breakfast in the lobby each morning. The website says that there is no breakfast, but there was coffee, donuts, and fruit which is better than nothing! I recommend Casa Bella Inn.

The surrounding area is not the best, but that is not the hotel's fault. Casa Bella Inn did a great job at making me safe and like I was in a good place, even when were coming back extremely late at night.

Hotel staff was very friendly and flexible. He tried to accommandate my request of the quiet, off street room.

It's right by a very busy street in a very noisy area. Either people staying at the hotel, or people from near by residents made very loud noice till 4 am. If you don't mind the noice, stay here.

The location of Casa Bella Inn was great, as it was only a short distance away from the main event we were attending. The room itself was spacious and had a full kitchen facility, which was perfect for our family of four. We were able to cook our own meals and the residential-sized fridge was a bonus. The private off-street parking included with our stay was convenient. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall, I would recommend this hotel for its value and amenities.

The Asian gentleman working the front desk regaled me with stories of his coming to America whilst I smoked a cigarette. He was extremely polite and tactful. He deserves a raise.

The area, while not unsafe, clearly has a small vagrancy problem. This is undoubtedly the reason the ice machine charged me $00.25. I can hardly blame the hotel for this minor inconvinience.

The room was not very inviting the bathroom was not clean. Well never stay there again and will not recommend to anyone.

I recently stayed at Casa Bella Inn Downtown LA for a few nights while exploring the city. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff, especially Rodrigo, were very responsive and accommodating. The location was perfect, as it was close to Union Station and had great shops and restaurants nearby. I felt safe in the neighborhood and even had a pleasant experience at a local restaurant called Margarita. Parking was plentiful and I loved the greenery surrounding the hotel, like the Papaya tree and mint plants. Casa Bella Inn exceeded my expectations of a comfortable motel.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
